FOUNDERS NOTE

Relentless Career is a personalized academic mentorship program providing subject tutoring, standardized test prep, and college admissions support. We combine strong academic foundations with a holistic understanding of each student’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

Relentless Career was created to fill a growing need within our community, to guide students not just through academics, but through their entire educational journey. As a new department, our goal is to offer thoughtful mentorship that supports students both inside and outside the classroom. We’re building this program to help every student feel understood, supported, and inspired to reach their goals. This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to walk alongside families as we grow together.

The Process

Academic Mentorship Overview

9th Grade

* Identify strengths and areas for improvement
* Start subject-specific tutoring (e.g., math, logic)
* Choose the best-fit standardized test (SAT, ACT, etc.)
* Create a 4-year academic plan
* Share regular progress updates with the family

10th Grade

* Begin structured test prep with full-length practice exams
* Get personalized study strategies and expert feedback
* Start early college counseling (essays, activities, recommendations)
* Build a strong academic and extracurricular profile

11th Grade

* Plan a meaningful summer experience (internships, programs)

* Finalize college list and application timelines
* Start writing personal statements and college essays

* Complete and submit college applications
* Get support with final essays, materials, and deadlines
