Media Consent
& Privacy NoticeMinor Participants (Under 18 Years) – Parent/Legal Guardian Consent
1. Purpose
RELENTLESS Sport Academy L.L.C. (“RELENTLESS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) may photograph, film, record and otherwise capture images, videos, audio recordings and other media of participants during training sessions, camps, matches, tournaments, events and other academy-related activities.
This Media Consent & Privacy Notice explains how such photographs, videos, recordings and other media relating to minor participants may be collected, stored, processed, used and published by RELENTLESS.
2. Parent/Legal Guardian Consent
By registering the minor participant with RELENTLESS and accepting this Media Consent & Privacy Notice through the registration platform, I, as the participant’s parent or legal guardian, provide consent to RELENTLESS to photograph, film, record and otherwise capture the minor participant during academy activities.
I confirm and warrant that I have the legal authority to provide such consent on behalf of the minor.
Such consent includes the collection, use, processing, storage and publication of the minor participant’s image, voice, likeness and appearance for the purposes described in this Notice.
3. Permitted Use
RELENTLESS may use photographs, videos, recordings and other media relating to the minor participant for legitimate business, operational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
• Marketing and advertising campaigns;
• Social media platforms operated by or on behalf of RELENTLESS;
• RELENTLESS website and digital platforms;
• Printed brochures and promotional materials;
• Sponsorship, partnership and investor presentations;
• Newsletters and academy communications;
• Internal communications and training materials;
• Press releases and media publications; and
• Future promotional and commercial campaigns related to RELENTLESS activities.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, recordings and other media created, captured or produced by or on behalf of RELENTLESS shall remain the exclusive property of RELENTLESS.
I acknowledge on behalf of the minor participant that no ownership rights, intellectual property rights or other interests in such media are transferred to the participant.
5. No Compensation
I acknowledge and agree on behalf of the minor participant that RELENTLESS shall have no obligation to provide any payment, royalty, fee or other compensation for the use of the minor participant’s image, voice, likeness or appearance in accordance with this Notice.
6. Respectful Use
RELENTLESS shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that all photographs, videos and recordings of minor participants are used appropriately and respectfully.
RELENTLESS shall not intentionally use any media in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, unlawful or reasonably considered offensive.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by the parent or legal guardian by submitting a written request to RELENTLESS: info@relentlessofficial.com
Any withdrawal of consent shall only apply to future use and publication of media following receipt of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal of consent shall not require RELENTLESS to remove, recall, delete or destroy any materials that have already been published, distributed, printed, archived or otherwise made available before receipt of the withdrawal request.
8. Protection of Minors
The parent or legal guardian confirms and warrants that they have the legal authority to provide consent on behalf of the minor.
The parent or legal guardian acknowledges that such consent is provided voluntarily, understands the nature and scope of the consent granted, and agrees that such use shall be carried out in a manner consistent with the protection, dignity, safety and best interests of the minor.
RELENTLESS shall take reasonable measures to ensure that photographs, videos and recordings of minors are used appropriately and responsibly.
RELENTLESS shall not intentionally publish sensitive personal information relating to minors together with such media or disclose information that may compromise the privacy or safety of the minor.
9. Privacy and Personal Data Processing
RELENTLESS may collect and process personal data relating to minor participants in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable data protection requirements, and RELENTLESS’s internal privacy policies.
Media may be stored, processed and shared through RELENTLESS -approved systems, service providers or platforms where necessary for the purposes described in this Notice.
10. Third-Party Platforms
RELENTLESS may publish photographs, videos, recordings and other media through third-party platforms, including social media platforms and other digital services, which may have their own privacy policies, terms of use and data processing practices.
RELENTLESS does not control such third-party platforms, and the parent/legal guardian acknowledges and accepts that any media published through such platforms may be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies and practices of the relevant third-party providers.
